Please note that Fidlar Products - including Laredo, Tapestry and AVID/APEX - will be offline on the weekend of November 9th and 10th, 2024, as we test our Disaster Recovery procedures. We expect all services to be back up and running on Sunday morning (Nov. 10th), but will keep you updated if that changes.

The Warren County Recorders is pleased to announce a training that is open to all abstractors and attorneys on October 8 at 2 pm in the Warren County Commissioners meeting room. The purpose of this training is to educate people who use Laredo on how to use Laredo Anywhere – the new software upgrade. The current Laredo software will be going away the end of this year. Laredo Anywhere will be taking its place. Greg Sullivan from Fidlar Software will be here to show users how to navigate this software. Please email Recorder Oda at loda@warrencountyrecorder.com to register.

The Warren County Recorder’s office has two long standing policies that we adhere by.

  1. All documents pertaining to land records must include a legal description.
  2. If you need to re-record a transfer document, the Recorder and Auditor require a new document with new notarized signatures.
