The Warren County Recorder’s office will not be charging the permissive $5 digital preservation fee to any customers. However, if you send the extra $5 with your document, we will keep it rather than rejecting the document for incorrect fees. We are sending flyers back with all paper submitters. People who erecord will not have any issues with this. Warren County will continue to NOT charge for marginal notations (indexing of prior instruments). Questions? Contact Linda Oda at 513-695-1382.
In the coming months, our search engine Laredo will be updated to Laredo Anywhere. Fidlar has provided an excellent webinar for those abstractors wanting more information. Please visit www.fidlar.com/laredoanywhere.aspx to register.
The Warren County Recorder’s office has two long standing policies that we adhere by.
